All girl groups have a tough battle - their diets.
A lot of girl groups end up having yoyo diets [T/N: A yoyo diet is one where you lose weight but end up gaining it again] ending up with rather humiliating photos of them being posted on various cafe sites. A Pink’s diet has been going well, though, as they’ve been on it for many months pre-debut and still continue.
First you must properly pack the food. “Rice is good but can only be eaten by early-risers,” she explained, “don’t wake up late, or you’ll be left with cereal and fruit.”
They go for lunch in the midst of their hefty scheduels. All they eat is seaweed salad. We found A Pink at a rehearsal for Music Bank. Once it ended, they were tired, hungry and grumpy, but their dinner menu was limited - salad, soy milk, bananas and other fruits was all they received.
“I don’t remember eating pizza,” Namjoo say, “I don’t remember the taste of any type of fast food. I see burgers all the time and it haunts me!”
